IFS has signed new Memorandum of Understanding with the International Centre of Insect Physiology and Ecology (icipe). The new agreement streamlines the way the two organisations aim to support and complement each other to build the capability of early-career scientists in Africa through training as well as opportunities for conducting individual and collaborative research.

The first collaborative agreement under the new Memorandum will be to deliver a scientific research proposal writing workshop between 7-11 September, this year. IFS Alumni will provide training together with IFS Scientific Programme Coordinators.
